Some Natural Vistas

Dad Joke: JUSTICE is a dish best served cold.   If it was served warm, it would be JUSTWATER.

More to see than can ever be seen.....

This listing of things I have seen could go on and on....    I will highlight just some natural vistas.   Of course, you have all traveled more of the world than I have and can post your sights/sites in the comments section.

·  All of the Great Lakes - Michigan, Huron, Superior, Lake St. Clair, Erie and Ontario.

·  The Indian Ocean off Perth and Fremantle, Australia.

·  The Pacific Ocean off Lima, Peru, Hawaii, and the Northwest Coast of the United States.

·  The Mississippi, Missouri and Platte Rivers of the Great Plains of the United States.

·  The Yampa, White, Elk, Green and Colorado Rivers of Colorado, Utah and Arizona

·  The Yampa, Green and Colorado Canyons of the same named rivers - including the Grand Canyon of Arizona.

·  The high mountains parks of Colorado and Wyoming:   Browns Park, North Park, Middle Park, Powder River Basin, Raton Basin and the Piceance Basin.

·  The Cascade Mountains of Washington, Oregon and Northern California.

·  The Rocky Mountains from Banff Provincial Park in Canada south to New Mexico.

·  Isle Royale National Park - the island in the midst of Lake Superior.

·  The deserts of Tucson and Tombstone Arizona.

·  The high rolling mountains of the Wasatch Plateau.

·  The white cliffs of the Cathedral Bluffs of western Colorado.

·  The Columbia River Gorge.

·  The coastal beaches and sea stacks of the Pacific Northwest.

·  The beaches of Hawaii and Kauai (North Shore by Hanalei was amazing!)

·  The glaciers and mountains around Juneau, Alaska and nearby Admiralty Island (the Fortress of the Bears).

·  The Outback of Western Australia.

·  Pristine lakes of Canada - north of the Arctic Circle - daylight till mid-night, then twilight for an hour or two, then the sun rose again!

·  The Andes Mountains of Peru.

·  The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

·  The Andes Mountains around Santiago, Chile.

·  Red Rocks and Valley of Fire cliffs and outcrops near Las Vegas.

·  The many hiking trails around Spokane.

·  And, of course to close, the High Desert Valleys and Mountains as viewed from the top of Ruby Dome Mountain.

There you have it....perhaps a forthcoming list that highlights cultural, man-made sights.
